Experience

2 to 5 years of final quality inspection experience in a CNC/VMC machine shop

Job Role

· Inspect finished parts produced by CNC and VMC machines before final packaging.

· Maintain digital quality records and logs using computer applications and ERP software.

· Soft Skills: High accuracy in data entry and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

· Measure machined parts using precision tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

· Log inspection data into the company's ERP system for real-time production tracking.

· Create digital records of inspection reports, First Article Inspections (FAI), and dispatch approvals.





· Segregate non-conforming parts and generate rejection reports in the computer system.

· Coordinate with production teams to report recurring defects based on data trends.

Schedule:

- Day shift only
