Mechanical BIM Modeler | 2+ Years Experience
Develop and coordinate mechanical BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) for international projects.
Responsibilities:
- Build LOD 400/500 mechanical models in Revit MEP
- Run clash detection, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage RFIs, ensure model accuracy
- Produce quantity take-offs, schedules, and shop drawings
- Mentor junior modelers
- Manage models on BIM 360/ACC
- Create Revit families/templates, support BIM standardization
Must-Have Skills:
- Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks
- Clash coordination, federated model management
- Knowledge of MEP systems & codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NFPA, IPC)
- Strong communication & teamwork
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
