Job Description:-

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resources Manager with 4–7 years of hands-on experience to lead and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, improving HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting a culture that fosters performance, positivity, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

Maintain and update HR policies in accordance with labor laws

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

Coordinate training and development programs

Monitor and evaluate performance management systems

Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.)

Prepare and manage HR budgets and reports

Support leadership in workforce planning and talent management





Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

4 to 7years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory compliances

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and lead a small HR team

Problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills

Preferred:

MBA in HR or equivalent degree

Experience in a quick-paced/start-up or mid-size company

Exposure to diversity and inclusion programs

Salary: [As per industry standards or specify a range]

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
