· Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) to ensure uninterrupted operations.

· Monitor daily stock movement, consumption patterns, and plan timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

· Coordinate with vendors for material availability, timely dispatch, and delivery follow-ups.

· Maintain accurate inventory records, trackers, and MIS reports in ERP systems.

· Support procurement by floating enquiries, comparing quotations, and assisting in negotiations.

· Work closely with Production, NPD, QC, and Accounts teams for planning, quality checks, and payment processing.

· Ensure proper documentation including vendor KYC, invoices, and purchase-related records.

· Conduct regular stock audits and track slow-moving or non-moving inventory.

· Arrange samples, COA, MOQ,



and other material requirements for NPD and formulation.

· Follow-up with vendors/ suppliers (for timely goods delivery) to be done on regular basis.

· Arranging sample, rate, COA, MOQ, pack size for NPD & Form.

· To develop recent vendors

Pay: ₹20,000.25 - ₹50,575.69 per month
