DIPLOMA in Mechanical Engineering etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

- Planning: Set daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and assign tasks to staff.
- Operations: Monitor production lines to find bottlenecks and fix efficiency issues.
- Safety: Enforce safety regulations and make sure employees wear protective gear and follow rules.
- Quality Control: Inspect output to ensure products meet company standards.
- Team Management: Train current hires, coach existing workers, and handle attendance or performance issues.
- Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like output volume and machine downtime, then submit progress reports to senior managers
