Job Summary
IMAGE Creative Education is looking for a presentable, enthusiastic Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage our front office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, handling inquiries and administrative tasks with excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and guests warmly at the front desk.
- Handle incoming phone calls, address queries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Provide initial program information to prospective students and parents.
- Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and student inquiry registers.
- Coordinate daily office tasks and support administrative operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or MBA.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in front desk,
customer support, or administration preferred (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Malayalam).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
- Skilled demeanor and positive attitude.
