Loan Sales Telecaller – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Loan Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining suitable loan products, generating interest, handling customer queries and objections, and converting leads into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Customers ko outbound calls karke loan products ke baare mein information dena.
- Personal Loan / Business Loan ke liye customers ki requirement samajhna.
- Available leads par timely follow-up karna.
- Customer ke doubts aur objections ko professionally handle karna.
- Interested customers ko loan application/login process mein guide karna.
- Application se lekar disbursement tak regular follow-up maintain karna.
- Daily calling, follow-up aur sales targets achieve karna.
- CRM/Excel mein customer aur lead status accurately update karna.
- Quality leads aur successful conversions par focus karna.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 Months – 2 Years ka Telecalling / Loan Sales experience mandatory.
- Personal Loan, Business Loan, DSA,



NBFC ya Fintech sales experience preferred.
- Good Hindi communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented aur target-driven approach honi chahiye.
- Customer handling aur objection-handling skills achhi honi chahiye.
- Personal Laptop mandatory.
- Personal Mobile Phone mandatory.
- Candidate ke apne naam par active SIM mandatory, jo official calling ke liye use ki jayegi.
- Basic computer knowledge aur Excel/CRM ka knowledge preferred.

Salary & Incentives

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary candidate ke experience, communication skills aur previous sales performance ke basis par decide ki jayegi.
