Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students regarding UG, PG, online and skilled education programs.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and requirements.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the backend/university team for documentation and admission completion.
- Ensure regular follow-ups until successful enrollment.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
