Key responsibility

- Manage replenishment of Raw Materials (RM), co-pack items, and other procured materials on a daily/weekly basis, or as required, ensuring uninterrupted supply from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders (POs) for direct materials within defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Monitor PO acknowledgements and proactively follow up with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and prevent production line stoppages.
- Perform periodic reconciliation of supplier accounts, subcontracting accounts, and asset closure statements from subcontractors as per defined timelines.
- Ensure timely dispatch of subcontracting materials and track their receipt at the factory in alignment with production requirements.




- Ensure SAP data hygiene by regularly reviewing and cleaning non-moving Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to enable effective and accurate MRP execution.
- Drive supplier integration through the Supplier Portal to enhance visibility of dispatches and proactively track and manage delays or late deliveries.

Skilled Experience and Education

Preferably Diploma / Bachelor in Plastic Eng or Mechanical/ Production Eng with 4-5 years’ experience in FMCG procurement
