Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Executive / Maintenance Technician to manage daily maintenance requirements for 3 restaurant/bar outlets in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for handling electrical, plumbing, carpentry, basic civil, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, air-conditioning coordination, and general repair work across all outlets.

The ideal candidate should be quick, practical, disciplined, and capable of solving day-to-day maintenance issues without disturbing restaurant operations. The role requires regular outlet visits, emergency support, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance, and proper reporting to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day maintenance issues across 3 restaurant/bar outlets.
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, drainage, furniture, fixtures, and general repair work.
- Check and maintain kitchen equipment such as burners, exhaust, chimneys, refrigerators, deep freezers, fryers, ovens, dishwashers, and basic utility equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for AC, refrigeration, pest control, gas pipeline, RO/water purifier, CCTV, internet, civil work, and specialized repairs.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections to identify maintenance issues before they become major problems.
- Ensure all lights, fans, ACs, exhaust systems, water supply, washrooms, drainage, and back-area utilities are functioning properly.
- Support restaurant operations during breakdowns, emergencies, power issues, water leakage, equipment failure, or service-related maintenance concerns.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, utilities, electrical panels, plumbing lines, and outlet infrastructure.
- Track repair work, material requirements, vendor visits, AMC schedules,



and maintenance expenses.
- Maintain basic tools and ensure tools/materials are used responsibly.
- Ensure safety standards are followed while handling electrical, gas, water, and equipment-related work.
- Report daily work updates, pending issues, urgent repairs, and vendor requirements to the management/operations team.
- Be available for emergency calls during restaurant operating hours when required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, café, bar, mall, facility, or commercial property maintenance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil repairs, lighting, drainage, and general maintenance.
- Understanding of restaurant kitchen equipment, refrigeration, exhaust, and utility systems will be preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and follow up until work is completed.
- Should be able to travel between 3 outlets in Pune as required.
- Must be punctual, honest, disciplined, and solution-oriented.
- Should be comfortable working during weekends, public holidays, late evenings, and emergency situations if required.
- Two-wheeler will be preferred.
- Basic reporting on WhatsApp/phone and maintenance checklist updates required.

Qualification:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
ITI / Electrician / Plumbing / Facility Maintenance background will be preferred but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
