Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities throughout the hospital.
- Inspect wards, ICU, OT, laboratories, OPD, emergency areas, offices and utility areas regularly.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Supervise electricians, technicians and other maintenance staff.
- Monitor electrical systems, panels, generators, UPS, transformers, lighting and emergency power.
- Coordinate with biomedical engineering teams for infrastructure-related requirements and medical-equipment support.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of essential hospital utilities, including medical-gas-related infrastructure where applicable.
- Attend emergency breakdowns affecting ICU, OT, emergency department, power, water or other critical services.
- Coordinate AMC/service visits with external contractors and vendors.
- Check the quality and completion of contractor work.




- Maintain maintenance registers, breakdown reports, preventive-maintenance schedules and service records.
- Maintain records of AMC contracts, spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Ensure maintenance work follows hospital safety procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards to management.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports.
- Assist with renovation, modification and facility-improvement projects.

Qualification

- ITI or Diploma
- Candidates with relevant hospital maintenance experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
