Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor backlog, pipeline, supply availability, inventory and order status using SAP/ERP reports, Excel and other operational data sources.
- Coordinate between Hub, Factories and CRM teams on order priorities, supply availability, slot allocation, factory commitments and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with suppliers, Distribution Centres and warehouses on pending orders, shortages, delays, inventory availability and delivery commitments.
- Consolidate and analyse demand, supply, backlog, pipeline and inventory information, highlighting gaps, risks, ageing orders and exceptions.
- Support daily/weekly SIOP and operational reviews through reports, trackers, data preparation and follow-up on agreed actions.
- Track and escalate supply-demand gaps, delayed commitments and critical exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
- Support inventory monitoring and initiatives aimed at improving DOS, reducing E&O;, stock-outs,



delays and avoidable freight/expediting costs.
- Identify opportunities to improve order tracking, reporting, coordination and operational processes.

Eligibility & Skills :

- Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Order Management, Supply Planning, SIOP/S&OP; or Logistics.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP reports and supply-chain processes. Good proficiency in MS Excel and data consolidation/analysis.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with the ability to work across Factories, CRM, Suppliers, DCs and Warehouses.
- Good communication, attention to detail, problem-solving ability and strong ownership of assigned activities.
- Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools will be an advantage.
