We are a growing digital marketing startup looking for an SEO Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage SEO campaigns, improve organic visibility, and drive measurable results across multiple projects. The role will also involve emerging areas such as AEO, GEO, and AI/LLM search optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Strategy

- Develop and implement SEO strategies based on project goals and target audience.
- Prepare and execute monthly SEO plans for assigned projects.
- Manage multiple SEO projects and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Conduct SEO audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, and content gap analysis.
- Monitor SEO performance and make recommendations based on data.

On-Page & Content SEO

- Conduct keyword research, keyword mapping, and search intent analysis.
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, content, and internal linking.
- Identify content gaps and recommend new content opportunities.
- Prepare SEO content briefs for writers.
- Review website content from an SEO, relevance, readability, and search-intent perspective.
- Recommend content improvements, updates, and optimization opportunities.

Technical SEO

- Conduct technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to crawling, indexing, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.
- Monitor website performance and indexing through Google Search Console.
- Analyze organic traffic and landing-page performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Review Schema Markup and structured data and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with developers for technical SEO implementation.

AEO, GEO & AI Search

- Implement strategies for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)



and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Optimize content for AI-powered search and LLM-based search experiences.
- Research conversational queries, entities, topics, and search intent.
- Stay updated with developments in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI search platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve website visibility across emerging search experiences.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Analyze performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
- Identify reasons behind ranking and traffic fluctuations.
- Prepare accurate monthly SEO performance reports.
- Document completed activities, key insights, performance improvements, issues, and upcoming action plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of practical experience in SEO.
- Robust understanding of the above-mentioned skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience working in an SEO / Digital Marketing agency is preferred.
