Job Title : Junior Production Coordinator

Looking out for freshers from Animation/VFX Background only.

Job Location : Balewadi, Pune (On-site)

Address : Amar Tech Park, 4th Floor Redbrick, HMX Media Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of 3D software such as Maya or Blender, along with excellent English communication and the ability to work effectively with creative teams.

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, organizing and tracking projects.
- Coordinate with artists, leads and supervisors to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Track the progress of assigned tasks and follow up with team members.
- Maintain and update project trackers, schedules and production reports.
- Act as a communication bridge between artists, team leads and management.
- Assist in task allocation and resource scheduling.




- Monitor project deadlines and highlight potential delays or production issues.
- Ensure that project information, feedback and updates are communicated accurately to the relevant teams.
- Assist in maintaining organized production documentation and records.
- Participate in production meetings.

Required Skills
