Hiring: HR Manager – Manufacturing / Steel Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the plant.
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring for blue-collar, staff and management positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, consultants, referrals and local networks.
- Manage manpower planning, workforce deployment and joining coordination.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and recruitment planning.
- Handle employee relations, attendance, onboarding, grievances and HR documentation.
- Manage HR MIS, statutory compliance and disciplinary matters.
- Support training,



employee engagement and employee retention initiatives.
- Ensure smooth HR operations in a steel/manufacturing plant environment.

Candidate Profile

- 5-8years of experience in HR/Recruitment, preferably in Steel/Manufacturing.
- Robust experience in bulk hiring and plant recruitment.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and team-handling skills.
