Job Description:

i5 Housing & Properties is hiring energetic and target-oriented Telecallers for our Real Estate Sales team. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to connect with clients professionally.

The company has two branches in Chennai – Head Office at Valasaravakkam and another branch at Tambaram.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact and follow up with prospective clients
- Explain property details and project information to customers
- Generate and schedule site visit appointments
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients
- Update customer details and daily call reports
- Coordinate with sales team for client meetings and closures
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:





- Experience in Telecalling / Real Estate Telecalling preferred
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic English communication preferred
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
