We are looking for a Solar Installation & Post-Sales Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process after a solar system sale, ensuring installations are completed within the committed timeline and customers receive a smooth post-sales experience.

The role will involve coordinating network applications, customer payments, stock procurement and delivery, electrician scheduling, installation documentation, and post-installation customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Post-Sales & Installation

- Manage the post-sales process from customer handover through installation completion.
- Coordinate network applications and required documentation.
- Follow up with customers for deposit collection and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate stock procurement and delivery for installations.
- Schedule and coordinate with electricians to ensure installations are completed within the agreed timeline.
- Manage STC portal applications and related documentation.
- Track installation status and ensure timely completion of jobs.

Post-Installation

- Follow up for payment collection after installation.
- Submit required post-installation paperwork to the relevant network.




- Provide customers with their warranty documentation and job pack.
- Ensure all installation-related documentation is completed and properly maintained.
- Follow up with customers to obtain positive reviews and feedback.

Requirements

- Previous experience in solar installation, solar operations, post-sales coordination, or a related field preferred.
- Good understanding of the solar installation and post-sales process.
- Experience dealing with electricians, customers, suppliers, and network providers.
- Familiarity with STC applications/portal processes will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple installations and meet committed timelines.
- Customer-focused approach with positive problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
