Dhanl4lands is looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Video Presenter to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of the camera and capable of presenting real-estate properties, promotional content, and social-media videos in an engaging and skilled manner.

Responsibilities

- Present real-estate properties and promotional content in front of the camera.
- Create engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social-media platforms.
- Explain property features, location, pricing, amenities, and other details clearly.
- Conduct property walkthrough videos and promotional shoots.
- Follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging presentation style.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and video-editing teams.
- Participate in outdoor shoots at different property locations.
- Create trend-based and audience-friendly video content.




- Represent the Dhanl4lands brand professionally in videos.
- Stay updated with social-media trends and popular video formats.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Clear pronunciation and good voice modulation.
- Friendly, energetic, and engaging personality.
- Good Malayalam communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to understand and deliver scripts effectively.
- Willingness to travel to property locations for shoots.
- Ability to work as part of a creative marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Video Presenter, Anchor, Host, Content Creator, or Social Media Presenter is an advantage.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate or digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video production and social-media trends is preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
