Job Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project management teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources for productive utilization.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and report delays or deviations.
- Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, measurements, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure rectification of identified defects or non-conformities.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and technical requirements.
- Support quantity measurements, material estimation, and project-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules, procedures, and applicable regulations.




- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper housekeeping and work practices.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and requirements to the reporting manager.
- Assist in achieving project completion within the approved timeline, quality standards, and budget.

Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered based on relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in residential / commercial construction is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction practices and site execution.
- Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Ability to prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.

Performance Expectations

The Site Engineer is expected to ensure quality execution, timely completion, effective resource utilization, safety compliance, and smooth coordination of all site activities in line with the organization's project objectives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
