Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Civil Engineer to join our team for a high-rise residential project at Pal, Surat.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising site execution, ensuring quality and timely completion of construction activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and maintaining project standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute and monitor RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
- Supervise reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and de-shuttering activities.
- Ensure proper execution of columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, core walls and staircases.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and architects.
- Monitor manpower, materials and daily work progress.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues or deviations.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to prevent clashes and rework.
- Check measurements, quantities,



BOQs and contractor bills when required.
- Maintain daily progress reports and other site documentation.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities as per project schedule.
- Coordinate concrete pouring and ensure necessary pre-pour checks.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution issues.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification and finishing works.
- Assist the Project Manager in achieving project quality, cost and timeline targets.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of high-rise residential construction.
- Hands-on experience in RCC and building construction.
- Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Experience in managing contractors and site manpower.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
- Good planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in civil/building construction.
- Candidates with experience in high-rise residential projects will be preferred.
- Should have strong hands-on site execution experience.
- Should be able to independently handle day-to-day site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
