HR IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a HR IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and social media.
- Handle hiring for IT roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, React, Node.js, UI/UX, Project Managers,Team Leads, etc.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview rounds.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and ensure positions are closed within defined TAT.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Education

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
