Job Title: Soft Skills / English Trainer
Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra (Aurangabad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District)
Total Experience: 3 - 4 Years
Salary Range: Up to 3 LPA (based on experience and skill set)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a energetic and motivated Soft Skills / English Trainer to enhance the communication, interpersonal, and employability skills of candidates. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language, with a passion for training and mentoring individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training sessions on soft skills, communication skills, and English language proficiency
- Conduct interview preparation sessions including mock interviews and personality development
- Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and customize training materials as per program requirements
- Support candidates in improving interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Maintain training records,



reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for training-related activities and program execution
- Willingness to travel locally as required for training delivery

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Total 3 -4 Years Experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 year of operational or relevant training experience
- Languages: Good command over English, Hindi, and local language

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of training methodologies and activities
- Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of learners
- Adaptability and willingness to travel

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
