About the Role

We're hiring an HR Executive to manage initial candidate screening, external talent pool development, candidate engagement, document verification, and on boarding — working alongside the Recruitment team, which handles sourcing and job postings.

What You'll Own

- Conduct first-round HR interviews — assess fit, CTC, notice period, and career goals.
- Build and maintain external talent pools via referrals, networks, and industry contacts.
- Engage and follow up with candidates through offer, documentation, and joining.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback.
- Verify candidate documents (education, employment, ID) and flag discrepancies.




- Manage pre-joining follow-up and reduce dropout risk.
- Coordinate on boarding — forms, documentation, and recent-hire support.
- Maintain recruitment/on boarding trackers and report on hiring metrics.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting operations, from sourcing to on boarding, including conducting first-round interviews
- Own HR processes (policies, documentation, compliance) and keep records audit-ready.
- Scale HR/recruiting systems and workflows as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2–5 years in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication, candidate assessment, and networking skills.
- Comfortable managing candidates independently, end-to-end.
- Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
