Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for construction and interior projects. The role involves coordinating with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure cost control and feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations
- Evaluate material, labor, and subcontractor costs
- Track cost variations and update estimates accordingly

Requirements

- Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or interior projects
- Robust knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, and billing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD; knowledge of estimation software is a plus
- Good analytical and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
