Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of new machinery, equipment, and P&M; requirements.
- Handle sale/disposal of old, surplus, and obsolete machinery.
- Manage day-to-day P&M; purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify and evaluate vendors, obtain quotations, conduct commercial comparisons and negotiations, and finalize orders.
- Coordinate machinery spares procurement and support the P&M; team for timely availability of critical spares.
- Resolve Item Code and Activity Code-related issues in coordination with concerned departments.
- Coordinate with P&M;, Stores, Accounts, Projects, and vendors for timely execution and closure of purchase requirements.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, proper documentation,



and compliance with company procedures.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Engineering / Supply Chain / Purchase qualification preferred.
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in P&M; / Machinery Purchase, preferably in Infrastructure, Construction, or EPC.
- Strong knowledge of construction machinery, equipment, spares, vendor management, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP/Strategic ERP will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
