Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machines to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate assigned production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Set up machines and make necessary adjustments during production.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum downtime.
- Check product quality during production and inform the supervisor of any defects.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and the surrounding work area.
- Follow all safety rules and use PPE as required.
- Record production data, machine readings, and downtime details.
- Assist in machine changeovers and preventive maintenance activities.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods safely during the production process.

Required Qualifications





- ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate Qualification.
- Experience in manufacturing or production operations preferred.
- Freshers may be considered for trainee/apprenticeship positions.

Skills Required

- Basic machine operating knowledge.
- Ability to understand production instructions.
- Good observation and troubleshooting skills.
- Teamwork and discipline.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Working Conditions

- Factory production setting.
- Shift duties as per company requirements.
- Standing and machine handling for extended periods.

Reporting To

Production Supervisor / Production Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
