We are seeking an attentive, energetic, and professional Restaurant Captain to oversee our dining room operations and ensure exceptional guest service. In this role, you will lead the front-of-house service team, coordinate between the kitchen and dining staff, and create a seamless, high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service & Hospitality: Warmly welcome guests, seat them, present menus, and offer detailed recommendations on food and beverage pairings. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Guide, train, and supervise waiters, bussers, and runners during service to ensure company standards are consistently met.
- Order Management & Operations: Take detailed table orders, enter them accurately into the POS system, and oversee food delivery to maintain timing and quality standards.
- Table & Dining Room Upkeep: Ensure dining tables, service stations, and overall front-of-house areas are immaculate, well-stocked,



and properly set before and during shifts.
- Sales & Upselling: Actively promote daily specials, signature dishes, desserts, and beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue.
- Shift Coordination: Assist management with shift handovers, daily pre-service briefings, and cash/card transaction reconciliations at the end of the shift.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience as a waiter, senior server, or restaurant captain in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food service procedures, menu items, and beverage pairings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management certificates are a plus.

Pay: ₹16,465.46 - ₹24,618.07 per month
