Role description

Snowflake Architect

Strong handson experience with Snowflake architecture and platform capabilities

Snowflake data modeling and warehouse design

Snowflake performance and cost optimization

Snowpipe Streams Tasks Dynamic Tables and CDC

Snowflake security RBAC and data sharing

Experience with Snowflake integration with AWS services

Experience designing enterprisescale Snowflake data platforms

AWS Database Data Services

Strong understanding of Amazon RDS Aurora Redshift and S3

Good experience with AWS DMS for database migration and CDC

Experience with AWS Glue and data integration services

Understanding of AWS networking IAM KMS and security architecture

Ability to select the appropriate AWS database service based on workload and business requirements

Data Architecture

Strong knowledge of data warehouse and data lake architectures

Experience with modern cloud data architecture and lakehouse concepts

Strong understanding of data modeling and database design

Experience with ETLELT architecture and data integration patterns

Understanding of data governance metadata lineage and data quality

Experience designing highavailability scalable and faulttolerant data platforms

Preferred Skills

Experience with dbt Apache Airflow or other modern data orchestration tools

Experience with Python and SQL

Experience with Databricks or other cloud analytics platforms

Experience with Terraform Infrastructure as Code

Knowledge of CICD and DevOps practices for data platforms

Experience with Power BI Tableau or other BI platforms

Experience in data platform migration and modernization programs
