About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Agency Manager to join our insurance business team. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, guiding, training, and managing insurance agents and helping the team achieve business targets.

This opportunity is especially suitable for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills, good local contacts/network, and an interest in sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard current insurance agents from the local market.
- Guide, motivate, and support agents to achieve their sales targets.
- Provide training and regular coaching to newly recruited agents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Drive business and achieve monthly/quarterly targets through the agency team.
- Monitor agent performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Handle agent-related queries, service requests, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with the company for agent onboarding, documentation, and service requirements.




- Develop a strong local network to expand the agency channel.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with agents.
- Ensure proper communication of company products, processes, and policies to agents.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum Graduate from a recognized university.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Age between 21–25 years.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good local connection/network in the assigned area.
- Strong relationship-building and convincing abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Willingness to work in the field and interact with people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/mobile applications will be an advantage.
