Site Civil Engineer – Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution & Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of civil construction work.
- Monitor and manage labor, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Ensure that construction is performed in accordance with design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and coordinate with project managers.
- Plan work schedules, allocate tasks, and manage deadlines.
- Quality Assurance & Control
- Inspect and ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify issues promptly.
- Maintain records of quality tests and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
- Site Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, measurements, and materials.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, work permits, and other required documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of bills and quantity take-offs.




- Safety Compliance
- Ensure that all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Promote protected work practices and conduct toolbox talks.
- Report and investigate incidents or accidents on site.
- Technical Support
- Provide technical advice and resolve site-related issues.
- Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Assist in design modifications as needed.
- Material Management
- Check and verify delivery of materials and manage stock at the site.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and utilization of materials.
- Maintain records of consumption and wastage.
- Liaison & Communication
- Act as a bridge between site teams and project management/clients.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress.
- Handle site queries and resolve conflicts among teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
