Minimum Requirements – Franchise Business Development

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Industry Preference: QSR, Restaurant, F&B;, Hospitality, Retail, Franchise or similar industries.
- Must have proven experience in lead generation and franchise/business deal closure.
- Should be capable of handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and collection.
- Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Should be comfortable with sales targets and pressure-driven performance.
- Willing to take ownership of payment collection, onboarding and franchise launch coordination.
- FOFO/FICO franchise experience will be an added advantage.
- Should be willing to travel for client/franchise meetings, if required.

Most important: The candidate should have a proven track record of closing deals and generating

revenue

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
