Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant cum Receptionist (Skin Clinic)

We are looking for a professional and organized Pharmacy Assistant cum Receptionist to join our premier skin clinic. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in managing our in-house pharmacy. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a basic understanding of skincare products or medical terminology.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception:

- Patient Coordination: Greet clients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and handle appointment scheduling via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Customer Service: Address patient inquiries regarding clinic services, doctor availability, and treatment packages.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure all patient consent forms are completed.
- Billing: Process payments, issue invoices, and manage daily cash flow and bank transactions.

Pharmacy & Inventory Management:

- Medication Dispensing: Assist the dermatologist in dispensing prescribed topical medications, oral treatments, and skincare products.
- Product Knowledge: Explain the usage, frequency, and application of skincare products (sunscreens, serums, etc.) to patients as prescribed.
- Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels of medications and retail skincare products.



Track expiration dates and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic pharmacy area in compliance with clinic standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma/12th pass required; a diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or retail pharmacy (Experience in a dermatology/aesthetic clinic is highly preferred).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in computer use (MS Office, Excel, and Clinic Management Software).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in malayalam and English.
- Solid interpersonal skills with a "customer-first" attitude.
- Attributes: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, high level of integrity, and professional appearance.
