About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Media / Social Media Executive with 3–4 years of agency experience to manage and execute social media and digital communication mandates for clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in non-paid social media, with exposure to mixed organic + paid campaigns being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and execute organic / non-paid social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
- Develop monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, platform-wise content plans and social media strategies.
- Coordinate with content, design, PR and client teams to ensure timely delivery of social media assets.
- Write / edit social media copy, captions and campaign communication aligned with brand tone.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour and competitor activity to identify relevant opportunities.
- Track and analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Support integrated digital campaigns with exposure to paid media / performance campaigns where required.




- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timelines, quality and deliverables are met.
- Stay updated on platform changes, trending formats, creator/influencer trends and digital best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in a PR, digital marketing or social media agency.
- Solid understanding of organic / non-paid social media management.
- Hands-on experience with content planning, social media calendars and campaign execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights and reports.
- Exposure to paid social media / digital advertising will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
