Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Research Analysts to join our team and handle PhD Assistance, Academic Research, Manuscript Preparation, Literature Review, and Publication Support activities.

Candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience in research, academic writing, manuscript preparation, publication support, or technical content are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and support PhD research assistance projects from initial research to manuscript preparation.
- Prepare, develop, and review research manuscripts, research papers, review papers, and academic documents.
- Conduct detailed literature searches and literature reviews using Google Scholar and relevant research databases.
- Analyze research papers and identify relevant information, research gaps, and supporting literature.
- Assist in developing research methodology, research objectives, and manuscript structure.
- Perform manuscript editing, proofreading, formatting, and revisions.
- Handle references, citations, bibliography, and literature management according to required formats.
- Review manuscripts for technical accuracy, consistency, language, structure, and formatting.
- Coordinate with researchers, writers, and internal publication teams to complete assigned projects.




- Review feedback and implement necessary manuscript corrections and revisions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure assigned research activities are completed within timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation, project records, and regular status updates.
- Support the team in resolving research-related queries and improving the quality of academic deliverables.

Eligibility & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech – Any Engineering Branch.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Research Analysis, Academic Research, Manuscript Preparation, Publication Support, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of research papers, literature reviews, and manuscript preparation.
- Valuable knowledge of Google Scholar and online research databases.
- Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and other research-related tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality.
