Job Responsibilities

- Support the Sales & Marketing team in achieving project sales targets.
- Generate leads through various channels and assist in lead follow-up.
- Coordinate with customers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in site visits, customer meetings, presentations, and sales activities.
- Maintain daily sales and lead reports and update CRM records.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate project information.
- Assist the team in preparing sales reports and market analysis.
- Learn and follow the complete real estate sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Take up additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile





- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, and the Real Estate industry.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
