- Supervise and manage day-to-day packing activities.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and batch-wise documentation.
- Monitor packing line operations and manpower.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and company quality standards.
- Maintain packing records and coordinate with Production & QA teams.
- Ensure proper handling and reconciliation of packing materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety on the packing floor.
Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing/packing department.
- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical packing procedures preferred.
- Valuable supervisory, coordination, and communication skills.
