Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Admission Executive to handle front-office activities and tele-sales. The role involves interacting with students and parents, understanding their requirements, providing information about our courses, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in enquiries and assist students and parents at the centre.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries and leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.




- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth admission processes.
- Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
- Provide a positive and professional experience to students and parents.

Requirements

- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with front-office and telephonic interactions.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales-driven workplace.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
