Role:

To Manage the End-to-End Purchasing and Procurement activities of the organization,Ensuring timely Availability of Raw materials,Consumables,Spare Parts,Packaging Materials and other required items at the right Quality,Quantity,Price and Delivery schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day Purchase and Procurement activities.
- Identify,evaluate and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Collect quotations and compare Prices,Quality and Delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors.
- Prepare and Process Purchase Orders(POs).
- Track material orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Verify material quantity,rates,invoices and delivery details.
- Maintain proper purchase and vendor documentation.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.(Freshers can also Apply).




- Experience in Fabrication materials/Manufacturing industry Prefered.
- Good knowledge of vendor management and Procurement Process.
- Valuable negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Purchase Documentation.
- Ability To coordinate with multiple vendors and Departments.
- Having knowledge/awareness of local market conditions.
- Must have Two Wheeler for Purchasing from local vendor(Petrol Allowance will be Provided).

Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering Will be Prefered
