We are looking for a Mutual Fund Operations Executive to manage end-to-end transaction processing with high accuracy and provide timely client servicing, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Process mutual fund transactions including purchase, redemption, SIP/STP/SWP, and switches
- Handle non-financial transactions such as folio creation, KYC updates, bank and nominee changes
- Coordinate with mutual fund companies and RTAs for transaction execution and issue resolution
- Ensure timely closure of operational queries and service requests
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records

Required Skills & Competencies

- Sound knowledge of mutual fund products and operational processes




- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce or any finance-related field
- NISM Series V-A certification will be an added advantage
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory in AMC, RTA, distributor, or wealth management firm
