- Independently handle internal audit assignments for SEBI-registered intermediaries.
- Plan and execute audits in line with regulatory and client-specific requirements.
- Review processes, controls, and compliance with applicable SEBI regulations and guidelines.
- Identify control gaps, risks, and areas of improvement.
- Interact with clients to discuss audit observations and facilitate timely resolution.
- Prepare explicit, practical, and actionable audit reports.
- Stay updated with SEBI circulars, regulatory changes, and market practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of assignments.
- Contribute towards improving audit processes and methodologies.
Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
