Vision Properties is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Property Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, leading sales activities, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into property sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and understand clients’ property requirements.
- Conduct property/site visits and provide detailed project information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and motivation.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update management on performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Freshers with strong communication and leadership skills may also be considered.
