About the Role

Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) and Ramaiah Institute of Science and Management (RISM) are seeking a Manager – Outreach & Marketing to lead student outreach initiatives, branding activities, school engagement programmes, education fairs, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships to increase student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop annual outreach activities.
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and institutions.
- Manage domestic student recruitment activities.
- Plan education fairs, seminars, career guidance programmes, and campus visits.
- Coordinate ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
- Increase visibility across Pan India through student and parent engagement activities.
- Work closely with Marketing & Branding and Admissions teams.
- Follow up on visits for application and admission conversion.
- Lead outreach teams across regions.
- Conduct market analysis for strategic planning.




- Bring proposals for bulk application conversions.
- Plan principal connect and career counselling sessions across states.
- Participate in education fairs.

Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing preferred)

Experience

- 10–15 years in Higher Education Marketing/Admissions.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
