Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Executive to manage daily store operations, ensure smooth functioning, and deliver excellent customer service at our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Assist customers and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Manage billing, cash handling, and operations
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate for replenishment
- Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness
- Monitor expiry dates and product quality
- Support store manager in achieving sales targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate and manage home delivery orders, including order preparation, packaging, and timely dispatch
- Ensure accurate billing and smooth handover of orders for delivery

Requirements

- Minimum qualification:



Higher Secondary / Graduate
- 1–3 years experience in retail/store operations preferred (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of billing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in retail environment

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
