Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and driven Placement Officer to expand our academic partnerships and corporate networks. In this role, you will bridge the gap between colleges and hiring organizations across India to facilitate webinars and successful job placements.
Key Responsibilities

- Academic Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with colleges across India to coordinate and execute webinars.
- Corporate Relations: Connect with companies, establish recent corporate tie-ups, and secure collaboration agreements for candidate placements.
- Lead Generation & Research: Conduct daily research to identify HR job openings and potential hiring partners.
- Placement Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with partnered companies to drive candidate placement outcomes.
- Candidate & Company Outreach:



Coordinate with a provided list of companies while actively self-sourcing new placement opportunities.
- Data Management: Maintain up-to-date daily records of corporate contacts, company interactions, and candidate resume databases.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Placement Officer within an academic institution.
- Language Skills: Fluent communication skills in English,Tamil or Hindi or Malayalam.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, online job portals, and social media platforms.
- Equipment: Must possess a personal mobile phone for daily operations.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
