We are looking for a responsible and agile Sports HOD to lead the sports and physical education program at our partner school and ensure smooth, high-quality program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete school sports program.
- Supervise trainers, classes, schedules and daily operations.
- Ensure effective implementation of the company-provided curriculum and lesson plans.
- Monitor trainer performance, student engagement and program quality.
- Coordinate with school management and the company operations team.
- Ensure discipline, safety and adherence to company standards.
- Support school events, competitions and sports initiatives.

Preferred Qualification: B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed / Sports Management or relevant qualification
Experience: Prior experience in school sports, PE, sports training or team management preferred.
