Overview

We are seeking an experienced and
highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with 8+ years of industry
experience to join our agile technology team.

The ideal candidate will have strong
expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, deep learning,
software engineering, and production-grade AI/ML deployment. The candidate
will be responsible for designing AI/ML solutions, developing and optimizing
models, leading technical implementation, and integrating AI capabilities into
scalable products and platforms.

The role requires a strong hands-on
engineering mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to take
ownership of AI/ML projects from concept and experimentation through
production deployment and continuous optimization.

Key
Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and solutions for complex real-world use cases.
- Select and implement appropriate machine learning approaches, including supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Architect scalable AI/ML solutions and define technical approaches for integrating models into products and applications.
- Work with large and complex datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and data validation.
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate algorithms, models, and approaches using appropriate statistical and performance metrics.
- Develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize ML/DL models for accuracy, latency, scalability, and resource efficiency.
- Develop production-ready APIs, services, and inference pipelines for real-time and batch AI/ML applications.
- Lead the integration of AI/ML models into cloud-based, on-premise, and edge platforms.
- Implement and improve model serving, monitoring, logging, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
- Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, domain experts,



and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.
- Review technical designs, code, models, and implementation approaches to ensure quality, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to building strong AI/ML engineering practices within the organization.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into products and solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to model performance, data quality, inference, deployment, and production environments.

Required
Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- Strong hands-on programming experience in Python is mandatory.
- Strong software engineering skills with experience in Python application development. Experience with Java, C++, R, or similar languages is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, model evaluation, optimization, and statistical techniques.
- Proven experience developing and deploying production-grade AI/ML models.
- Experience building and deploying REST APIs and AI/ML inference services.
- Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and other data processing and analysis tools.
- Experience with AI model serving, monitoring, optimization, and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of software development practices, including Git, testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployment.
- Experience with Python Tkinter for desktop-based application development is required

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
