Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month (freshers) | ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (experienced)

Schedule: 6 days/week, rotational week off (weekend availability required)

About ClubRide

ClubRide is Kozhikode's rapid-growing two-wheeler rental brand, running a vehicle fleet across Kozhikode and Kannur since 2020. We're scaling to 100 vehicles and opening new pickup points across the city.

What You'll Do

- Handle vehicle handover and return: document condition, verify fuel and kilometres, collect deposits
- Verify customer documents — driving licence, Aadhaar, ID — and complete KYC before every handover
- Convert inbound calls and walk-ins into confirmed website bookings
- Maintain daily booking, payment and deposit records accurately
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, cleaning, and helmet upkeep with the workshop
- Follow up on overdue returns, expired bookings and pending payments
- Keep the pickup point clean, organised and customer-ready at all times

What We're Looking For





- Plus Two / Degree in any stream
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence — must be comfortable riding scooters and motorcycles
- Fluent in Malayalam; working English and Hindi an advantage
- Comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Sheets and basic booking software
- Honest, punctual and dependable with cash and customer documents
- Customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, delivery, service centre) preferred but not required
