Responsibilities & Duties

- Field Collection Operations: Drive to scheduled patient locations to safely perform venipuncture, capillary punctures, and other prescribed diagnostic specimen collections.
- Route & Schedule Management: Manage daily travel routes efficiently to ensure all home appointments are met punctually within their scheduled time windows.
- Patient Care & Identity Verification: Comfort patients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and strictly matching patient identification with laboratory test requisitions.
- Accurate Specimen Handling: Label all collected specimens immediately at the site, cross-check paperwork for zero errors, and prepare samples for transport.
- Cold Chain & Secure Logistics: Transport specimens securely back to the central processing facility using appropriate mobile refrigeration, strict temperature control, and biohazard safety kits.
- Infection Control: Adhere rigidly to universal safety precautions, maintain a sanitary mobile kit, and ensure proper disposal of medical sharps and hazardous waste.

Skills & Qualifications





- Driving Credentials: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required upon hire). Must have regular access to an insured, dependable vehicle.
- Phlebotomy Expertise: Graduate of an accredited Phlebotomy program or Medical Lab Technician program with proven expertise in difficult vein draws across all age demographics.
- Certifications: Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent national registry certification preferred.
- Independence: Strong organizational and time-management skills to work efficiently without direct field supervision.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a polite, reassuring bedside manner in patient homes.
- Physical Demands: Ability to drive for extended periods, navigate varying residential layouts, and safely lift and carry mobile medical kits.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
