Job Summary

Open new markets and buyer segments for textile products by developing relationships with international buyers, domestic retail chains and institutional clients. Support strategic business development through targeted outreach, trade events, channel partnerships and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and map potential buyer segments, including export houses, retail chains and institutional buyers.
- Initiate contact with decision-makers through LinkedIn, cold email, trade events and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver capability presentations and product portfolios.
- Negotiate and structure supply agreements and framework contracts.
- Represent the company at relevant textile trade fairs.
- Develop and manage channel partners in new geographic markets.




- Coordinate new buyer onboarding with production and quality teams.
- Build and maintain the CRM pipeline and report business development progress.
- Track textile industry trends and identify emerging buyer opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly new-buyer acquisition and pipeline revenue targets.

Requirements

- Any Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 0–5 years of experience in business development or textile sales.
- Business development and new-market development skills.
- Buyer research and profiling capabilities.
- Presentation and pitch deck preparation skills.
- Experience participating in trade fairs preferred.
- CRM pipeline management skills.
- English communication skills for buyer interactions and Tamil communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,700.00 per month
