Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving campaign performance, and supporting retention initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing fundamentals and wants hands-on experience growing a D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency

Creative Strategy & Ad Planning

- Contribute to ad creative planning, including hooks, messaging angles, and formats Work with designers to develop high-performing creatives Test and iterate on creatives to improve performance

Marketplace Advertising

- Manage advertising on Myntra, Nykaa and Ajio to improve visibility and conversions Track performance and optimise campaigns Prior experience is a plus, but training will be provided

Retention Marketing

- Assist in WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns Support lifecycle flows,



including abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, and engagement Learn retention marketing best practices through structured guidance

Requirements

- 1 to 2 years of experience running Meta and/or Google Ads Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data Understanding of performance metrics and funnel optimisation Willingness to learn, test, and iterate quickly Interest in D2C, consumer brands, and eCommerce

Good to Have

- Experience working with a D2C or apparel brand Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, Shopflo, or similar tools Exposure to creative testing and performance scaling

Experience:
